Ok, I gave Bambu a second chance bc a friend really loved the restaurant and I feel most things deserve a 2nd chance. We are in and I think that THIS is the difference. The food was fresh and tasty. Decent portion size. In fact the diakon and carrot salad was much bigger than expected. It is a good thing that I gave it a 2nd chance bc now I have another kosher restaurant to get food from. I just have to eat in

Have you tried the Singapore noodles in this place? Absolutely fantastic. Ask them for the hot hot sauce and you will be thankful that I recommended it.
Food excellent like crispy beef,Mongolian beef, general cho chicken,sesame chicken, sautéed vegetables,fried rice. Catered by Ming for 35 ppl. Very professional and super generous and nice.
My husband and I are very particular when it comes to Chinese. We are relatively new to Florida. We were in the mood for Chinese. Bambu Kosher is delicious! It arrived quickly, hot, and fresh! The Mongolian Beef was soft and flavorful. Nothing chewy and rubbery, just soft slices of beef, sautéed with onions and scallions. Chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce was also a hit! Last, but not least, was the Orange Tofu. It came in a sealed can, like tuna. So good!!!! This will be our go to Chinese in Boca. Enjoy!
For anyone who knows me- I never have anything nice to say about most restaurants I eat in. Tonight I made an exception. I had dinner at Bambu Kosher. The food was great, the service excellent and place nice and clean. I only had one complaint which I shared with the management. The portions are too large. I recommend you try this place out, the next time you want kosher Chinese.
